Suffolk coast holiday home park expands to offer residential homes

Azure Seas Holiday Village, a holiday park on the Suffolk coast, now offers residential homes in addition to holiday homes and lodges.

The park, at Corton, just north of Lowestoft, is set in woodland, bordering the beach; a path leads through a woodland glade to the sand. Many of the homes have ocean views.

Developments during 2020 at the park include a wooded lake and stream, and a landscape gardener has been engaged, to develop the already-beautiful natural tree and bush environment, in addition to flower planting. T

he holiday sector of the park currently offers new lodges for sale, ranging in price from £57,995 for a 38ft by 12ft Swift Bordeaux to £138,000 for a 20ft-wide, 36ft-long Delta Superior lodge. Prices include 2021 plot fees.

The park is close to the border with Norfolk and the edge of the Norfolk Broads is close by. The character town of Southwold, famous as the home of the Adnams Brewery and lots of individual shops, is 15 miles away. Norwich, rich in history and culture, is just 25 miles away.
