Stately's launch

FOR holiday-home owners, actual or potential, Stately-Albion’s latest leisure lodge, the Seaton, takes the prize. Measuring 44ft long by 14ft wide (other sizes will follow) and clad in Canexel, the Seaton is an addition to Stately’s six-strong lodge line up. And with an ex-works price of £83,500, that puts it well up the pecking order.

The basic specification comprises rectangular lounge, a separate kitchen/diner, two bedrooms and a bathroom with proper bath. But there is nothing at all ‘basic’ about this holiday home.

Features include French doors, a vaulted ceiling throughout, three-piece leather lounge suite, built-in dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave oven and leather dining suite. A galvanized chassis, double glazing and wet central heating almost go without saying...

The Seaton’s most distinctive feature is its master bedroom. Stretching the full width of this holiday home, it takes up more than a quarter of the interior space. That’s partly because the double bed has been positioned at an angle in one corner. But the main reason is its en-suite facilities (shower cubicle plus corner-mounted basin and loo) and extra large walk-in wardrobe.
