Snowdonia holiday village sells for £3.4 million
The 60-acre Trawsfynydd Holiday Village, set in Snowdonia National Park in north Wales, sold for £3.4 million, according to Savills, the estate agency.
The new owners, Pure Leisure Group, bought the park with planning permission for 347 log cabins, 306 of which are in place. The park also has a holiday cottage and bunkhouse on it. Nearby are Zip World and Surf Snowdonia, as well as the National Park, which makes Trawsfynydd Holiday Village a good location for visitors who loves the great outdoors and activity holidays.
Savills director, Richard Prestwich, said:
“This is a significant transaction for the holiday parks sector and demonstrates the sustained appetite for north Wales holiday parks.”
