Prestige launches York show site

Prestige Park & Leisure Homes has acquired a new northern show site at McArthurGlen’s York Designer Outlet just outside York City Centre and the first home on display there is a brand new lodge, the Buckland.

The site has been established in conjunction with leading park operators in the area, including Millgarth Park, Coastline Leisure Limited and York House Leisure, which will provide information about their parks and the holiday home lifestyle.

Prestige managing director Silvano Geranio said, “Although we have an extensive show site in Kettering, and many of our homes are available to view at parks around the UK, we know from experience that many people are inspired to take a holiday home once they’ve seen one but don’t always realise just how achievable that lifestyle is until they talk to us and the park operators we work with.

“By bringing all these elements together in such a brilliant location it will make it easier for potential buyers, or even those who haven’t considered it before, to see how it all works and be inspired.”

Mike Thomas, Centre Manager at McArthurGlen’s York Designer Outlet said he was really pleased to welcome Prestige to the centre. “They will be joining over 120 shopping and fashion brands, here. We are always looking at new and interesting ideas and attractions for shoppers to ensure that they get the most out of their day spent with us.”

The Buckland Lodge, designed to be a value-for-money option without compromising on style or specification, has a large open plan living space with living/dining and kitchen areas. It is fully furnished, with integrated appliances to the kitchen, two double bedrooms with en-suite and walk in wardrobe to the master bedroom. Vaulted ceilings, skylights and french doors compliment the light and airy feel.
