OMAR UNVEIL TWO NEW PARK HOMES

Omar unveiled two new residential park homes at the recent Stoneleigh Show, covering the ex-works price spectrum from £56,611 up to £106,352.

Common features shared by these latest models, both of which are built to British Standard BS3632, include fully-fitted kitchens and bathrooms, double glazing and 10-year warranties.

    The budget-price Oulton Regency starts at less than £59,000 for the 28x20 version,  with the most expensive, a 45x20, costing £78,887. Even so, you can choose from ten different floor plans, among them, unusually, a four-bedroom model. Other options include a utility room, study, en-suite shower and walk-in wardrobe.

    Among the features which come as standard are Georgian-bar glazing, feature brick slips and corner quoins, curved-bay windows and an integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

    More upmarket is the Sheringham, available in 40ft and 42ft lengths as well as 20ft and 22ft widths and with a starting price of £97,087.

    Traditionally styled with a Tudor-effect exterior featuring beams to gables and dormers, it comes with a separate dining area while the lounge boasts a curved semi-vaulted ceiling and feature stone-effect fireplace with fire.
