Omar to unveil exciting new models at the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show

Six new park homes and lodges are to be unveiled by Omar at the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire from 8^-10 June.

The new homes include: the all-new Newmarket park home, the top-of-the-range 2018 Heritage park home, the traditional 2018 Tudor park home and the 2018 Kingfisher luxury lodge.

Also, on display will be the popular Colorado park home and the contemporary Ikon luxury lodge.

Here's a bit more about the luxury park homes and lodges to be on display:

The Heritage 50' x 22' Luxury Park Home

Omar's flagship model, the Heritage, is a top-of-the range park home with distinctive exterior styling and an interior which spells pure luxury.

The spacious accommodation comprises a large lounge, open-plan dining and kitchen area, utility room, study, two bedrooms (master with en-suite and dressing area) and a family bathroom.

The kitchen includes a range cooker with black glass splashback and matching chimney hood, an American-style fridge-freezer and a Belfast sink. The kitchen also includes full-height larder units, an integrated wine rack, a Silestone worktop and there's a separate utility room.

The Tudor 40' x 20' (Luxury Park Home) - New 2018 Model

Available in various standard sizes and floor plans, the traditional Tudor park home is back.

The exterior has box bay windows with Georgian bar detail, feature dormers and Tudor style beams.

The lounge comes with a suite in Graceland Wine and a light oak coffee table, display cabinet and TV cabinet. A traditional fireplace and beautiful lined curtains with tie-backs in a soft floral print finish the look.

The galley-style kitchen in soft pastel tones includes a full complement of integrated appliances and plenty of storage space; there's also a utility room in the model being displayed.

The bedrooms come complete with matching bed sets and headboards and the master bedroom comes with a walk-in wardrobe and a striking fully tiled corner shower to the en-suite.

The Newmarket 40' x 20' (Luxury Park Home) - All-New 2018 Model!

All-new for 2018, the Newmarket is an affordable addition to the range with a semi open-plan living space.

The lounge and dining area form an L-shape and the kitchen is open through to the dining area. Two double bedrooms, the master with en-suite shower and dressing area and a family bathroom complete the arrangement.

The Colorado 50' x 20' (Luxury Park Home)

With a distinctive Dutch barn style roof, large dormer over an inset front entrance and large picture Georgian bar windows, the Colorado is an elegant home.

Inside, a soothing neutral colour scheme, highlighted by fawns and duck egg greens flows throughout. The flexible layout of the show model includes an L-shaped lounge-dining area, galley kitchen, utility room, study, family bathroom and two bedrooms (the master bedroom with dressing area and en-suite).

With an array of integrated appliances, the galley-style kitchen has generous cupboard space. The utility room provides more storage space and room for the washing machine and a second sink.

The Ikon 50' x 20' (Luxury Park Home)

The Ikon has long slender windows, cedar cladding detail and a false chimney breast, combining to create a contemporary and sleek look.

The colour scheme is of greys, creams and plums. The layout, which includes a kitchen-diner and a lounge separated by double doors, provides the option to open up the living space or to have separate rooms.

The kitchen in cream gloss, highlighted by plum tiling has an array of integrated appliances and there's a central breakfast island over-lit by two skylights. Opposite the kitchen a 6-seater dining table in light oak provides plenty of room to accommodate guests.

The Kingfisher 45' x 20' (Luxury Lodge) - New 2018 Model!

Credited as creating the luxury lodge market, the Kingfisher has been one of the most popular lodges in the UK for many years and Omar has designed the new 2018 model, with its beautiful soft colour scheme of warm natural tones, to continue in this vein.

The distinctive full glass façade with feature lighting creates a striking impression and two sets of French doors to the front enable the living space to extend outside; perfect for holiday living!

Inside, vaulted ceilings create a bright and spacious feel and the spacious, open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and lounge areas provides a perfect space to kick back and relax. In the lounge area, a wall-mounted fire, a sofa and armchairs provide the perfect space to relax and the dining area, which sits in front of French doors, is perfectly positioned for taking in a view.
