Omar releases luxury lodge investment opportunity in Norfolk

A luxury lodge development called Otter’s Mead is taking place in the countryside close to the Norfolk coast.

Lodges made by Omar Group are available to buy as investment opportunities, and to rent. Owners can specify their own luxury lodge, get the benefit of holidaying for several weeks a year, then rent the lodge for the rest.

The park comprises five luxury lodges and there are several plots available for new lodges. All the lodges have hot tubs.

Three years ago, the owners of the land were looking at ways to generate further income from their land, and developed a small lodge park.

Having no experience in the leisure lodge market, they enlisted the services of Omar Park Development Services. Working alongside the owners, OPDS helped transform their site into a luxury holiday park. OPDS gave advice on planning, infrastructure, lodge specification, marketing and the guest experience.

As the park developed, OPDS introduced the owners to an eco-friendly thermodynamic heating system, an alternative renewable energy source that helps reduce heating and gas bills. The lodges and hot tubs are all run off this system.
