New park and holiday homes from Tingdene

Tingdene Homes has unveiled a park home, called the Brampton, and a holiday home, called the Lamport.

These 40ft by 20ft homes are both priced at £119,950. The special-offer price has been arranged with 20 residential and holiday parks and is a step away from the usual pricing method that involves individual parks setting the price.

Tingdene says: “Having received feedback from customers that they’d like to understand their pricing structure better, Tingdene reached out to its network of parks to create the special offer.
“As we know, the costs of homes and lodges can vary from park to park. Tingdene wanted to remove this barrier to allow customers to choose from locations in the knowledge that the costs would remain the same.
“The parks taking part in this offer were of the same thinking, putting the customer in control and giving them the information they require to make a decision.
“This is a step away from the traditional quote method whereby a customer would approach a manufacturer with an idea of where they’d like to live and wait for the park to provide a turnkey price for their chosen model.”
