Elms opens its gates

9037dc55-0a0b-4fc7-b239-2bfba7dab845
Next month The Elms, the award-winning, fully residential luxury retirement park at Torksey in Lincolnshire, will be opening its gates to all-comers for the first time in 20 years.

The Kinch family, which owns and runs the park, is holding an open weekend over the weekend of September 9-10. There will be homes available to view as well as family members on hand to talk visitors through everything they need to know about life at The Elms.

Residents of the park, which is licensed all year round for 339 homes, enjoy the benefit of lakes (two of which have fountains), 10 acres of parkland, natural wildlife and beautiful landscaping. They also have access to superb floating pontoon moorings on the Fosdyke Navigation, which enters the River Trent nearby

There is a security barrier at the entrance to the park, and residents have their own barrier card to allow them to move freely on and off the Park.

All of the homes have been built to the same unique high standard by either Country Homes or Homeseeker, and the unique designs feature an annexed utility/laundry room/s, private garden and parking space. Many of the larger properties also enjoy a garage.

Homes are available at The Elms from £70,000 to £195,000. Viewing is normally by appointment only – but that won’t be necessary for the show weekend.

If you’d like to take a relaxed, informal tour of the park, you can telephone 01427 718243 or visit the website: www.kinvena.com.
