Tingdene Homes is launching a two-level holiday home, the first of its kind in the UK.
Called The Loft, it's a luxury holiday home, with two floors, built on a steel frame. It will come fully furnished. An artist's impression is above.

Tingdene says the design structure of The Loft enables it to be installed on a park in just a week; hitherto, the only alternative to quick-install two storey homes has been in flat-pack homes from abroad. These take weeks to assemble, with each wall coming separately, Tingdene tells us.
The Loft is a 42ft x 15ft unit, with a 10-year structural warranty. It will have a spiral metal staircase, cedar cladding, bi-fold doors and a Juliet-style balcony. We'll publish more details once The Loft is constructed.
