9 rare freehold holiday lodges soon available in Cornwall
A unique holiday park is being established in the Cornish village of Pensilva, four miles from Liskeard.
Just nine luxury holiday lodges will be sited at Higher Charaton Park. The park is unique in two ways.
It will be the only park in the South West offering lodges for sale on a freehold basis. This means owners will not only buy the lodge but they also purchase the land it sits on, so no ground rent will be payable.
The other unique aspect of this park is that all of the lodges will be designed to be accessible to disabled people.
All of the homes will be built by Devon manufacturer Pathfinder Homes. They will be built to residential standard, ensuring comfortable use of the lodge even in the colder months. The park has a 12-month holiday licence.
The first show home is due to arrive on site mid November in readiness for a festive open day, Saturday 30 November, when people attending can get a first look at the park and the home and will be treated to mulled wine and mince pies.
