Holiday homes are located on plots spread across mixed woodland, pine plantations and rare open heathland, each providing a unique and relaxing location where you can enjoy the native wildlife. And, when it comes to choosing a holiday home, you will be spoilt for choice, selecting from luxury lodge-style homes to equally luxurious caravan holiday homes, with a range of pricing to make ownership of a home in this stunning location affordable. New caravan homes are available in a price range from £59,995 to £105,995. For the luxury lodges, pricing is dependent on the size and specification chosen, so it is best to discuss this with the team at Kelling Heath; then a firm quote can be provided. As a guide, lodges are priced from £259,995 upwards. Among these is a Pinelog Skyline, 45ft by 20ft, and a Pinelog Glade, 47ft by 22ft. Both have three bedrooms.
