Residential park profile: Kings Meadow Residential Park
A new park home venture is beginning in the picturesque Kent village of Sevenoaks.
Kings Meadow Residential Park is the latest addition to the Serenity Parks portfolio. The park will undergo a complete transformation, bringing almost 40 one, two and three bedroomed park homes to this lovely location.
The park was previously known as Romney Street Caravan Park. It’s in an appealing rural location.
“This is an exciting start to the year for us and this acquisition is the first of our developments in the south of England,” says Marie Hanby, Marketing Manager of Serenity Parks. “We are very much looking forward to bringing quality homes to allow those looking to downsize and release equity from other properties a superb option to join an ever-growing number of people who are enjoying the benefits of a park home lifestyle. Serenity Parks prides itself on its quality developments.”
Work is going on now and it will be possible to reserve homes off-plan prior to the completion of the on-site construction.
Buyers who reserve early in the process will be able to choose their own interiors and furniture.
“Whilst the park is located in rural Kent, nestled down country lanes with lovely views, it is only a few minutes from the local railway station, Otford,” says Marie. “This means that, in less than 40 minutes, commuters can be in the centre of London, showing that this is not just a residential park for retirees.”
Serenity Parks specialises in providing an ideal lifestyle for residents 45-plus, offering accessible, yet high-end, park homes in desirable locations across the UK.
Accredited by the British Holiday & Homes Parks Association, each Serenity Parks site holds a full residential licence. Kings Meadow Residential Park is located in Sevenoaks, Kent.
