Parmontley Hall

45b21309-2fbd-45a5-a54f-42364643cbcf
SITUATED in a lovely secluded clearing on the bank of the West Allen River, Whitfield, Northumberland, Parmontley Hall Country Lodges gives you the impression that you are entering a part of the countryside that is a well-kept secret. The site is part of Whitfield Estate, a beautiful country estate owned by the Blackett-Ord family for the past 250 years.

The area is rich in flora and fauna, but more planting using native species is underway as each lodge is sited. Wildlife fans will enjoy watching the curlews, oystercatchers, red squirrels plus red and black grouse. Fishing is available, with several miles of riverbank belonging to the Whitfield Estate. The aim is to offer people the opportunity to share in a privileged location, like a small village eventually comprising 92 lodges.

If you like to cycle, fish, play golf, walk or just relax in an ideal setting, this site will appeal. You can walk from your lodge door on the footpaths on the estate and beyond.

Four or six-berth lodges are light, bright, warm, well designed and easy to live in, with modern fixtures and fittings plus spacious decking verandas. All lodges are for sale - see the Fact File for further details of how you can experience the Parmontley lifestyle.
