Omar Homes are increasingly stronger and more energy efficient and include plasterboard walls as found in today’s domestic housing, which offer better sound and fire insulation.

They have a wide and varied range of lodges available in numerous size options and also offer a bespoke homes service. Omar are able to provide tailored lodges to meet all requirements. Their established in-house design and product development team spend a lot of time researching new and innovative ideas. Flexible floor layouts and a range of optional extras cater for every lifestyle. Working with their friendly team, they are confident that they can help turn your dream home into a reality.

Each home is supplied complete with cabinet furniture, bedroom and kitchen units and all soft furnishings. Once your home has been sited all you need to do is arrive with your personal belongings and move in!

Kingfisher

Omar’s Kingfisher has for many years proved to be the most popular lodge in the UK. With its fantastic build quality and fine décor, it is not difficult to see why. Couple this with a stunning open plan living area and you can see why this lodge is the one that sets standards. It is available in a wide range of sizes with two, three and four bedroom layouts. Like all Omar lodges, it is built to BS 3632 residential standard, so it is a home to suit every occasion.

Luxury and style have always been synonymous with the Kingfisher range and this continues to be the case in 2011. New to the range is the Sauna model, which boasts a full-size sauna in the main bathroom leading off the hall.

Other notable features of the Kingfisher include a one-off large roof dormer, timber exterior cladding, light oak/white PVCu double glazing and chrome spotlights in the exterior front soffit.  Semi-vaulted ceilings throughout. Electric fire suite to lounge, LPG central heating. All furnishings included, curtains, blinds and hessian backed carpet with underlay. Integrated dishwasher, washing machine and separate fridge and freezer. Quadrant shower cubicle with body jets, vanity units to en-suite and family bathroom.

Westfield

The spacious design elements and impressive details of the Westfield are deceptive as they reflect a high standard that you would normally associate with a more expensive model. Its chamfered corners are a design feature that contributes to the Westfield’s individual style, together with its front end French doors, exterior feature lights and Canexel cladding (timber, stucco or UPV-UE cladding are amongst the other exterior options available on this model).

Step inside and you will find that the tall feature windows really allow natural light into the roomy open plan living area. Semi vaulted ceilings are provided throughout. When the night arrives there are some attractive designer globe lights to illuminate both the lounge and dining areas, while a Cadenza electric fire adds some instant heat when required. Gas combi heating is also provided with energy-saving intelligent heating controls, PVCu double glazed windows and doors, ensuring that this is a warm and efficient lodge.

Strategically positioned to give you a fine view through the French doors are two leather sofas, while the dining area features a freestanding dining table and four chairs. For all your culinary needs, the well-equipped kitchen area is nearby. The high gloss walnut and ivory effect kitchen is supplied with an integrated electric oven, four-burner gas hob, stainless steel extractor and built-under, side-by-side fridge and freezer. Additional options include an integrated reduced water consumption dishwasher and integrated washer/dryer. Eco options include rainwater harvesting, air-to-water heat pumps, ground source heat pump, solar water heating or phovoltaic panels.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with thermostatic mixer, modern slimline toilet and seamless shower cubicle. There is also a roomy family size bathroom with lovely fixtures and fittings. Duvet and pillow sets are provided for both the master bedroom and the second, twin bedroom, all part of the luxurious package.

The Westfield represents an altogether well thought out holiday home with many fabulous features and with an overall feeling of space, style, efficiency and warmth which you will feel proud to call your own. That it is available at such a reasonable price and with so many options, makes it well worth seeing for yourself.
