Shillingford Park

SHILLINGFORD PARK is a relatively new residential park development, established in 2001 by husband and wife team Graham and Sonia Evans.

Graham is a practising local chartered surveyor and Sonia is a retired dental surgeon.

The couple have invested significant time and money into designing the park and its layout, aiming to provide that much-sought-after blend of community and privacy. The park will eventually accommodate a total of 38 park homes, many of which are already sited and occupied.

Shillingford Park is situated on the edge of the village of Kilgetty, near Saundersfoot, close to the striking South Pembrokeshire coast, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The park is also only fifteen miles from the county town of Haverfordwest, which has an extensive range of shopping and leisure facilities.

There’s plenty, too, for sports fans – football and cricket are regular features in the local village, and nearby Tenby boasts an eighteen-hole golf course and bowling green.
