Residential and holiday park profile: Berrynarbor Park Homes, Illfracombe

9c3f56fd-286a-4339-92cd-fc292f268fe9

Berrynarbor Park Homes is an established residential community and holiday homes park situated within the picturesque village of Berrynarbor, only four miles from the resort of Ilfracombe.

The park is surrounded by acres of fields providing views to the Bristol Channel, and the surrounding countryside.

Ilfracombe is a Victorian resort which retains a lot of its original character. You can sail to the bird watching isle of Lundy from the harbour and explore an ancient and fascinating corn mill or discover the unique tunnels of Ilfracombe.

With a network of private beaches and a tidal bathing pool created in the 1920s all of which helped transform Ilfracombe from a mere fishing village to a major tourist attraction.

Further afield are the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, one on the beach, the other at the clifftop, joined by a water powered cliff railway that will enthrall visitors.  Both towns have a wide variety of eating establishments to suit all tastes. Just inland is the valley of the Rocks, a dry valley in which wild goats graze, and walkers can enjoy spectacular views of the coast.

At Berrynarbor holiday homes on sale include an Omar Heritage on a plot with sea views, at £249,950 (pictured). It’s a 50ft x 20ft home with a study and filled with luxury features.

There’s also a Wessex Dorset, also with a view of the sea, at £199,950, with an L-shaped lounge-dining room and a utility area. The plot has parking for two cars and a garden with a shed.
