HOLLICARS is part of the historic rural 6,000 acre Escrick Park near York, which has been owned by the same family for 350 years. Charles Forbes Adam, the current owner, wanted to create a special type of experience for holiday home owners. With the beauty of the environment at Escrick Park they are already hugely committed to conservation and have won awards for this work. On entering Hollicarrs, it really is a breathtaking experience and it can boast that this holiday park is simply like no other - a beautiful, peaceful, natural leafy haven with the advantage of the 12 month holiday licence allowing owners to use their holiday home all year round.
The second phase of Hollicarrs, Harts’ Nook provides 35 exclusive pitches for accommodating spacious luxury 22x50 lodges. Set in very beautiful, peaceful and spacious surroundings, privacy is guaranteed, giving you a natural escape away from the stresses and strains of the everyday hustle and bustle.
Future plans at Escrick Park includes a Farm Shop with café, which will be located just a short walk from Hollicarrs’ main entrance.
Jasmine Opus Lodge
Harts’ Nook introduces the Advent Jasmine Opus Lodge spacious 22x50 lodge. This is a very elegant lodge which provides the perfect surroundings to relax with family or guests. French doors lead into the airy lounge, creating an ideal environment for entertaining. With two exceptional double bedrooms and bathrooms, total comfort and luxury is provided for your stay. This is a quality built home with a wide choice of internal finishes and a unique wood grain exterior, available in brown or green. The gas central heating, full double glazing and insulation all contribute to making this a very economical home to run and perfect for all year use. This is truly ‘a lodge for all seasons’.

What facilities does the park have?
The 25 acre site is set in 250 acres of private Estate woodland. Cycle hire, boules, tennis court, bowling green, cycle tracks (including links to the Sustrans traffic free cycle tracks to York and Selby), miles of nature trails, fishing lake and wildlife pond. 24-hour warden on site and secure park (key fob barrier in operation). High speed internet connection.
