WHITEHILL Country Lodges is a new development of unique luxury lodge holiday homes in the heart of the South Devon countryside, close to the stunning coastline of the English Riviera.

Nestled in rolling countryside, the development lies on the outskirts of the village of Stoke Gabriel with its traditional inns, tearooms, parish churchyard and mill pond. Within easy reach are Paignton, and the riverbanks of the beautiful Dart.

Each elegant timber-clad lodge lies in a superior position within its own spacious plot on a hillside above Whitehill Country Park, surrounded by trees and Devon hedges, yet just minutes from the swimming pool and facilities. Each luxury lodge is designed to the highest specifications.

Decorated with impeccable style, your two or three-bedroom country retreat benefits from a fully-fitted kitchen complete with modern appliances, comfortable living and dining area, master bedroom, bathroom, private sundeck for those long summer evenings and – best of all – fabulous, long-reaching views over the nearby hills and woods.

Contemporary, intelligent and rigidly constructed, the 40x20 three-bedroom Retreat Lodge is exclusively built in timber from sustainable forests. The lodge is the largest of the Retreat range and provides more internal space. It has three bedrooms each with built-in wardrobes, large master bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin-bed third bedroom, kitchen with additional base and wall units, and twin French windows opening out on to the decking. Prices start from £149,000.

With its high vaulted and beamed ceiling, feature windows and bright, spacious interior, the 38x20 two-bedroom Wessex Milbourne Classic Lodge offers comfort as well as modern convenience.

The new top-of-the-range 40x13 two-bedroom Champagne offers grand living with modern styling and luxury fittings. Prices start from £89,995.
