OWNING a luxury holiday lodge at Rudding Park on the outskirts of Harrogate gives you and your family the best of all worlds.

These timber lodges promise to give owners a lifetime of luxurious and active family holidays. Set in magnificent surroundings, lodge owners have the added advantage of having access to all the facilities of Rudding Park, including the award winning hotel with its two AA rosette Clocktower restaurant, two golf courses, 18 bay floodlit driving range, and resident PGA Professionals. Lodge owners also benefit from access to a local luxury spa and leisure centre, although by the end of 2010 the hotel will have its own small gym and spa treatment rooms. This exclusive development, close to both Leeds and York, comprises both two and three bedroom luxurious holiday homes that can be used for 11 months of the year from March to January. Repton Green lodges are close to the two golf courses and Golf Academy, while the newer Lakeside Lodges are nestled amongst trees overlooking a tranquil lake. Rudding Park offers owners a managed letting scheme. Every holiday lodge is tailored to the needs of the individual buyer and successfully combines open plan living with modern design. As standard, the facilities of each lodge include a large decked veranda, double glazing, central heating, fully fitted kitchen, luxury bathroom fittings and stylish furnishings as well as a flat screen television, WIFI broadband access, gas BBQ, hardwood patio furniture and patio heaters. The larger lodges have the benefit of heated cloakrooms to dry golf clothes and equipment, while owners may choose from extras including a hot tub, sauna and Sky TV. Lodge owners will be given exclusive membership to the Repton Club allowing them use of facilities including a maid service, laundry services and welcome packs. Rudding Park’s aim is to create a holiday home from home of the highest quality, which will be warm and welcoming throughout the year. Luxury Lodges at Rudding Park are for the whole family to enjoy.
