MILLGLEN Lodges is a relatively new and prestigious development of only 23 park homes, situated on the Ayrshire coast on the outskirts of Ardrossan. The park is fully developed with all bases, tarmac roads and lighting installed.

The park is rural in nature, but sits adjacent to the main A78 dual carriageway, with good road access to anywhere in the country. A bus stop and convenience store are a few minutes’ walk from the park. There are also many large supermarkets within easy driving distance, and Tesco is open 24 hours in Irvine, some ten minutes’ drive away.

The popular town of Ayr with its many attractions and Scottish heritage is less than half-an-hour. Glasgow is also within easy reach, and Largs is just a short drive north up the coast. North Ayrshire Council is currently spending millions of pounds on the Irvine Bay Development, which will benefit the entire area.

The park has no ties to a particular manufacturer, and we are happy to arrange a bespoke design service to have the home of your dreams designed, built and installed. The choices are endless, from homes to suit a modest budget through to unqualified luxury.

If you are seeking a quiet, attractive, well operated and peaceful park in the west of Scotland, to begin your retirement either early or full-time, then look no further, as Millglen Lodges can provide just what you need. It takes just one phone call as the first step to realising your dream.
