TALIESIN LUXURY LODGE PARK

IT is more than landscape, more than seascape... this is pure dreamscape. Because, until now, it is only in your dreams that you could possibly hope to see a view as unique as this from a luxury holiday lodge.

Taliesin is a unique luxury lodge development of just 16 lodges on an elevated promontory above Black Rock Sands, Morfa Bychan, near Porthmadog, with panoramic seaside views across Cardigan Bay to Harlech, Barmouth and – on a clear day – down to Pembrokeshire. There are also views round the Lleyn Peninsula and to the magnificent Nantlle Ridge and Snowdonia.
The park has been created for discerning people who never compromise on location, quality or service. The location is fantastic, therefore the quality and service have been designed to match. Bespoke design and consultation ensure your taste and needs shape every stage in creating your perfect holiday home. Decoration, internal fittings and appliances, furnishing and home entertainment can all be chosen before building even starts – so you will never need to compromise.

Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy sailing and boating, miles of coastal and rural walks, horse riding and golf.

Snowdonia, in particular, offers spectacular lakeside trails, forest paths and tumbling waterfalls, by which you can enjoy a packed lunch. You can enjoy anything from a gentle stroll to a challenging walk to the summit of a distant ridge.

Lodges available to buy are a 40x20 Broadview at £175,000, a 45x20 Brunswick at £195,000, a 45x20 Lakefield at £195,000 (all including AB Sundeck), a 52x22 Prospect at £255,000, and a 52x22 Carlton at £265,000, both including hand-built deck with Twinson deck boards and stainless steel balustrade.
