Sitting above Harmony Line, here’s a new range from Bürstner for those seeking a top-end low-profile motorhome.
Initially, there will be four models, three with fixed single beds and one island bed layout.
The line-up kicks off with the 6.99m-long T 690 G, while the longest models are the T 728 G featured here and the only double bed floorplan, the T 736, each measuring 7.49m. The range is rounded off with the 7.40m T 720, which has low-level single beds and an end washroom, rather than the garage layouts of the other twin bed versions.
Designed for all-season use, the Ixeo T motorhomes all feature Bürstner’s double floor, called Thermo-Floor, as well as an insulated and heated 120-litre fresh water tank. The wood-free construction also features a hail-resistant roof, flush-fitting aluminium-framed windows, large overcab Skyroof with additional electric opening rooflight over the lounge, an extra-wide habitation door and an external service hatch.
Styling lives up to the premium pricing with Bürstner’s ‘hybrid’ tail-lights and the option of silver or Champagne all-over paint finish.
Inside, there’s generous headroom of 2.05m, ambient lighting throughout, high-quality Vario blinds and five-zone mattresses in the bedroom. A drop-down bed over the lounge is an option.
Standard spec for the Fiat cab includes air-conditioning, driver and passenger airbags, ESP and Traction+, as well as the 130bhp motor and a 3,500kg gross weight. Both the power output and chassis weight can be upgraded, if required.
The T 728 G features a popular floorplan with half-dinette lounge, kitchen with tall, 145-litre fridge/freezer opposite and entirely separate en suite toilet and shower facilities. The kitchen includes an integral drainer in the worktop, as well as a three-burners-in-line hob and the option of an oven over the fridge.
The large rear garage has two loading doors and an internal height of 1.13m.
