Westfalia to produce anniversary model

A strictly limited special edition model, the Westfalia Edition 60, will be presented to the world at this year's Caravan Salon Düsseldorf. The name of the series model will be announced at the presentation.
The pop-up top van boasts two single built-in beds (with the option of one built-in bed plus a two-person bench seat), a convenient toilet stored under one of the beds, a table on a swivelling base, swivelled cab seats, plus a compact kitchen unit.
The new model will be available in two versions - the Mercedes Viano, which is the base vehicle for the special edition model that is limited to only 60 units worldwide; and the series model will subsequently be based on the compact Mercedes Vito.
Details about UK availability have yet to be confirmed.
