The September issue of Campervan magazine is on sale now – buy the digital edition here or get the print version in stores from today (August 15).

This month’s magazine is dedicated to the dream of owning a campervan; as we say on the front cover, it’s all about the smiles per gallon!

Inside the issue, we’ve got some inspirational real life stories from people who have embraced the campervan lifestyle. This month’s cover story recalls the experience of 20 somethings Megan and Callum, who built their own campervan and set off on their adventures.

We also chat to John, who bought a Timberland Freedom campervan and embarked on a trip around Spain, Morocco and Portugal – driving 6,000 miles.

If you’re not quite ready for a life change but just want to broaden your horizons, this month’s issue of the magazine has travel features on France, Greece, neighbouring counties Norfolk and Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and takes a look at some of the UK’s best campsites for bird watching.

We also review some of the newest campervans on the market, including the rather swanky Volksleisure Morzine, Campervan Co Hybrid & Tribrid, Auto Sleeper Symbol Plus, Hillside Caravaggio Lo and Dreamer Camper XL.

There’s plenty more to enjoy inside the issue, too – including the latest launch news as Hymer, Danbury and Vantage all reveal new campervans, and VW unveils a concept campervan.

We’ve also got a special focus on electric bikes, proving one of the most popular accessories for campervan owners. We look at eight different models, from the likes of Raleigh, Carrera, Cube and Haibike.

Buy the digital issue here.

If you prefer the print edition of the magazine, subscribing to Campervan means you’ll receive your copy every month and saves you money on cover price.
