Snooper launches new sat-nav designed for motorhomes
GPS Satellite navigation brand Snooper has announced the launch of the new Ventura Pro S2700 sat nav, a device designed specifically for caravans and motorhomes.
Containing information on more than 24,000 camp sites across 31 countries, it makes travel easier and safer than ever. Using information from Alan Rogers Travel, The Camping and Caravanning Club, The Caravan Club, ACSI, BordAtlas and Camperstop, the S2700 is packed with campsite data so users will never be stuck looking for somewhere to camp in the UK or Europe. As well as full European maps, this new satellite navigation unit contains a 4.3” LCD screen, two million points of interest, and car navigation for those times when users aren't towing a caravan or driving a motorhome.
The S2700 allows users to input the specific dimensions of the vehicle driven including any trailers or caravans. This means the device will only suggest suitable routes avoiding any narrow roads, low bridges or weight restricted routes, making driving safer and simpler than ever.
Junction view also makes the device very useful for drivers towing caravans as it shows the junction layout as you approach and will give guidance as to which lane is required, making junctions easier to navigate and less stressful.
Christopher Evans, Marketing Manager at Snooper said, “We’re delighted to announce the arrival of our latest Ventura satellite navigation. Building upon the successful Ventura Pro S2500, the new S2700 will provide users with a better and faster user experience plus with data from over 24,000 campsites across Europe, the S2700 is the most data-filled satellite navigation for caravanners and campers.”
The S2700 replaces the existing Ventura Pro S2500 with an updated operating system, faster processor and an improved user experience. Ventura Pro S2700 is priced at £269.99 with full European mapping and available at snooper.co.uk or at any authorised Ventura reseller.
