Shooting on the fly with your iPhone

Shooting and sharing video is great with your phone but not if you manage to drop it while cycling or hiking. The Flymount S1 is a tool for shooting quick videos on your iPhone, without worrying about getting it wet or dropping it.

It features a wide-angle lens system that rotates the angle of view so you don’t have to point the phone flat on to the subject. You can use it in your hand, on a helmet (on top or either side) or just set it down and shoot with the remote.

The case is made from virgin polycarbonate for toughness, the lens is a patent-pending, precision-moulded optically-coated unit. Your iPhone nestles in a soft shock-absorbing inner, accurately aligning with the Flymount lens.

Flymount S1 comes with the Flymount app which gives you simple, fast control over video resolution, length of recording, whether it’s top or side mounted, delayed action and links to Instagram, Facebook

It’s not a GoPro replacement - the whole point is viewing and sharing on the mobile platform of phones and tablets, so you shoot portrait/upright videos in some orientations and it doesn’t matter to the viewer. The main use is for holiday and casual shooting when you might drop your phone or if its wet and windy. Price is expected to be around £70.
