Rapido appoints new motorhome and campervan dealers

French motorhome manufacturer, Rapido, has appointed two new UK dealers, both of which will sell its campervan range, Dreamer, and one that will also sell Rapido motorhomes.

Perth-based Scot Motorhomes becomes the Scottish dealer for both Rapido and Dreamer, while Harbour Creek in Hayling Island near Portsmouth, has been appointed as a new Dreamer dealer.

The range that Rapido offers is very impressive and we fell in love with their A-class motorhomes. The campervan market is another high priority for us, so Dreamer was a perfect fit. Our view on the campervan market is a very positive mindset, as we support the movement towards flexible holidays and travel without the need to worry about accommodation.”

Paul Johnson from Harbour Creek, which is also a dealer for Westfalia, another campervan brand of the Rapido Group, and Fleurette & Florium motorhomes, which are also produced by the Rapido Group, said of the new Dreamer campervan franchise: “We are striving to have excellent products to offer to each potential customer. Dreamer Fun is a perfect solution to complement Harbour Creek’s existing portfolio with a very attractive price/quality ratio. Dreamer Select is definitely setting a new standard with very innovative and unique layouts. Our first experience with the brand at NEC in October was extremely promising, especially with the launch of the new models Campervan XL and D55 Select+.”

Rapido now has eight dealers throughout the UK, while Dreamer has five dealers, among which also Wokingham Motorhomes, Highbridge Caravans and Thompson Leisure.
