The National Motorhome Show went down a treat with hundreds of motorhomes to browse, plenty of accessory stalls, a real ale bar and plenty of sunshine, too.Taking place over the weekend, the Peterborough show, held at the East of England Showground, was a real success with thousands of campers, day visitors and dogs streaming through the gates each day.
And there was plenty to see with an array of new and used 'vans from all of your favourite dealers - from mini to mighty motorhomes, there was something for all tastes. There were even some bargain prices to be had with show offers splashed across many windscreens.
Not looking for a motorhome? You would have found plenty of accessories, gifts and outdoor essentials at the show.
When it all got a bit too much, we even offered the perfect place to sit with a cuppa in the new and exclusive MMM Members Lounge.
Open for the first time this year, the comfortable members-only lounge offered the perfect space to get away from it all, with free tea or coffee for all subscribers, plus daily newspapers, subscriber-only competitions and offers (the MMM team particularly appreciated the race car simulator provided by Comfort Insurance!).
Saturday's popular Meet the Team session also took place in the lounge, where subscribers were able to ask the MMM editorial team questions or advice.
Come night-time, the evening entertainment offered a fantastic line-up of performers with plenty of laughs and sing-alongs to be had.
We'd also like to say 'welcome aboard' to the 161 visitors who took advantage of the excellent subscription offers at the show.
If you missed out on our fantastic MMM subscription deal at Peterborough Show, don’t worry you can still take advantage of the offer, which gives you over £240 worth of benefits, including 13 issues of MMM and 12 issues of Which Motorhome each year plus a free campsite guide, Hi-Life diners club membership and a free gift worth up to £49.95 with 3 fantastic gifts to choose from. Don’t miss out – click here to subscribe
If you took your 'van to the show, have a look on our brand-new gallery and you could win a prize. The MMM team wandered the camping fields and day visitors car park taking photos of visiting motorhomes at random for a competition. If you spot your motorhome, just email the correct registration to [email protected] and you could win a set of Milenco Quattro levelling blocks, worth over £40! The closing date is the 30 June and one winner will be picked at random. All entries by email please. Click here to try and spot your 'van.
