New A-class motorhome range leads Auto-Trail's launch season

The Grande Frontier – an all-new A-class range from Auto-Trail – is just one of the areas of interest from this famous British marque.

As well as the Grande Frontier, Auto-Trail’s 2021 line-up includes a new low-profile exterior for the Tracker range and two completely new models to that range – the RL and SB. There is also a brand-new rear island bed model, the F74, joining the F-Line range.

But the big news is the arrival of a British-built A-class onto the UK market. The new Grande Frontier range has three models, all four-berth (rear travel seats are an option).

The GF-70 with a rear washroom is 6.96m in length, the island bed GF-80 is 8.07m long and the largest, the GF-88, is 8.80m and also features a rear island bed.

Key features of the range are dynamic external graphics, high-level electric coach mirrors, Alde hydronic central heating and hot water, ambient interior cab lighting when driving, soft-touch exclusive upholstery, motorhome WiFi as standard and much more. On the road pricing starts from £76,345.

Also new for 2021, the Tracker range welcomes two new models. The RL has a spacious U-shaped rear lounge, and the SB has two fixed single beds and a front lounge. Four further models – EKS, RB, LB, FB – complete the range. Pricing starts from £59,995 OTR.

The new model in the new F-Line range, previously called Tribute, is the four-berth F74, a 7.32m-long model with an island bed layout. It joins four other existing F-Line layouts: the F60, F62 and F70 and another four-berth, the F72. Prices start from £46,775 OTR.

Elsewhere, there are new features on the Imala and Frontier ranges, a wide choice of cab colours (on all apart from the Grande Frontier range) and four different option packs.

There are also plenty of updates on Auto-Trail’s campervan range. These include a brand-new ‘one spec, one price’ Expedition range and a new compact V-Line S range featuring four layouts.

There are two models in the Expedition range, the 66 and 67, which both sit on the Fiat Ducato. The V-Line S range, which replaces the Tribute Compact, comprises three two-berth models – the 660 S, 670 S, 680 S – and a single four-berth, the 669 S.

The V-Line S and Expedition ranges join the existing line-ups for the 2021 season: the V-Line SE (540 SE, 610 SE, 634 SE, 635 SE and 636 SE); the V-Line Sport (610 Sport, 634 Sport, 635 Sport and 636 Sport) and the Adventure (55, 65).

Among the new features in the campervan range is a choice of interior cab roof (Cab-Plus or Panoview), while two enhancement packs are available as options: the Lux Pack, which is for V-Line S models only, and the Media Pack for V-Line SE, Sport and Adventure only. Pricing for the campervan range starts at £36,995.
