Mercedes-Benz confirms price of Vito van in the UK

Mercedes-Benz has confirmed the price of its Vito van in the UK.

It is available in a choice of two van models, three lengths, four engine derivatives, two transmissions and three trims, and starts from £22,845 (excluding VAT).

The three lengths are L1 (4,895mm), L2 (5,140mm), and L3 (5,370mm) and the three trims are Progressive, Premium, and Sport. All models are offered with a choice of three rear-wheel drive engine variants – 114CDI (134hp and 330Nm of torque), 116CDI (160hp and 380Nm) and 119CDI (187hp and 440Nm), while the Vito Progressive is the only model offered with a choice of front-wheel drive engine derivatives – 110CDI (100hp and 270Nm) and 114CDI (134hp and 330Nm).

The entry-level Progressive has front fog lamps, headlight assistant, heated and electrically adjustable mirrors, Active Brake ASSIST, anti-theft package, Crosswind Assist, Anti-theft protection package (Thatcham Category 1-approved), cruise control, Audio 30 with DAB radio and Apple and Android Car Play integration, as well as reversing camera also included. It comes with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard, with the option of 9G-Tronic Plus automatic transmission (£1,520 excluding VAT).

The Premium, priced from £29,550 (excluding VAT), gets 17-inch alloys, a chrome radiator grille, metallic paint, Parking Package, colour-coded bumpers, electrically folding exterior mirrors, cab air-conditioning and velour floor mats. It is also available with the 9G-Tronic Plus automatic gearbox.

Finally, the Sport, which is priced from £40,745 (excluding VAT), gets the Mercedes Auto 40 infotainment system with navigation, DAB+ and seven-inch colour touchscreen, black leatherette upholstery, heated front seats, sports suspension, AMG side skirts, LED head and tail lamps, roof rails, heated windscreen washers, a larger flue and AdBlue tank, and chrome interior details, as well as identifying bonnet and sill graphics and the 9G-Tronic Plus automatic gearbox as standard.
