Malibu motorhomes appoints new dealers and European sales manager

Following the launch of Malibu coachbuilt motorhomes in the UK last year, the German company, which is the more affordable sister brand from Carthago, has been expanding its dealer network.

The latest dealers to take on the franchise are Tyne Valley (Burnopfield, near Newcastle) and Harbour Creek (Hayling Island, Portsmouth).

Simon Chainey, General Manager at Tyne Valley, commented, “We have always admired the quality of all Carthago group motorhomes, with revolutionary features and market-leading quality, and see Malibu, with its range comprising of camper conversions, coachbuilt and A-class motorhomes, as ideal for our customer base and catchment in the north east of England.”

Lee Thornton, UK Brand Manager for Malibu, adds “We are delighted to have two new appointments to add to the growing list of Malibu dealers and to give further coverage of the brand across the UK.”

Meanwhile in Germany, Saskia Zankl has been appointed sales manager for Malibu motorhomes taking on responsibility for sales throughout Europe.
