Get ready for International Caravan & Motorhome 2010

2da373d1-2f8d-4dfe-908a-3f9b61a80108
October sees International Caravan & Motorhome hit the NEC, with your first chance to take a good look at many 2011 ‘vans and products.

If you’re looking to buy a brand-new motorhome this indoor show offers the perfect opportunity to browse and compare the latest in motorhome design and layouts from all the major dealers and manufacturers. Plus, there will be an entire hall dedicated to exhibiting brand-new accessories, innovative gadgets and a separate park and holiday homes hall, too.

There couldn’t be a better time than now to purchase a bargain ‘van or value-for-money accessories: as of January 2011 the VAT increase will bump up the price of everything, so beat the increase and grab what you need, quick! Remember, if you are looking to buy a ‘van, purchase this side of the New Year could mean a potential saving of hundreds of pounds.

If you already own a ‘van and are looking for touring inspiration, there will be an array of UK and European campsites, tourist boards and destinations represented at the show, plus special ‘Worldwide Escapes’ talks on international travel for those looking to travel further a field to countries including New Zealand, South Africa and Canada.

Many attractions will be returning to the show: look out for the Buying Clinic, Towing Experience, the Caravan Club’s Motorhome Manoeuvring courses, and an on-site campsite. There are also brand-new attractions for 2010 including a cookery theatre, farmers’ market, real ale bar, and an expert talks theatre.

There’s even a fun KidZone and crèche for the children (Friday, Saturday and Sunday only), where they can occupy themselves with face painting, balloon modelling, singing and dancing – leaving you more time to quietly browse the show at your leisure.

Advance day tickets cost £14.95 per adult (£19.95 on the door) and children under 16 enter for free. A Freedom Pass is also available, entitling the bearer to unlimited access to the show for the full six days. The ticket price includes free parking plus a free show guide. The event is open from 10am to 6pm on each day.

If you’re spending a few days at the show, why not stay at the on-site campsite? Managed by the Caravan Club, the site is within a short walking distance of the exhibition halls and benefits from electric hook-up, catering and evening entertainment (for more information on camping call 01342 336779 or look on the web site below).

For further information or to pre-book tickets, call 08444 124639 or visit www.caravanshows.com (opens in a new window).
