Anyone looking for a campervan conversion in the Midlands now has a new destination to head for thanks to a new partnership between campervan convertors Coast 2 Coast and Broad Lane Leisure.

Broad Lane has three retail outlets and showrooms to showcase the conversions which can be bought directly, or converted to order. At the moment there are two conversions on pre-owned VW Transporters for sale, one from 2011, the other from 2013 but you can request a completely bespoke conversion, using either a vehicle that Coast 2 Coast will source, or supplying your own. There are five styles of conversion available, from day vans to ones with a roof bed, kitchen facilities and space for a toilet. Each offers a range of upholstery, panelling and materials to choose from.

The Rothay, five-seat conversion is popular with surfers and features tinted windows, but no elevating roof. There is a two-burner hob and 42-litre sink with a full-width RIB bed to provide maximum sleeping area. Conversion costs are £9,934 on a short wheelbase, or £12,535 on a long wheelbase.

The Harvington conversion is popular with families, featuring twin single beds at the front, along with a roof bed, and a twin hob kitchen at the rear complete with a wardrobe with either a portable toilet or a fixed, flushing toilet. This is priced at £14,998 for conversion on a SWB model or another £1,000 for the LWB.

Steve Brown, joint Managing Director at Broad Lane Leisure said of the partnership, “We are delighted to be working so closely with Coast 2 Coast. Our Sales Manager in Coventry, Tim Brookes, is ready and waiting to help customers to achieve the right camper for them, so we look forward to welcoming them soon.”

We would encourage all keen campers to head down and see Tim and take a look at what’s available!”

All the campervan conversions come with a full habitation certificate. See more at broadlane.co.uk/campervans or coast2coastcamperconversions.co.uk.
