Bailey introduces new compact motorhome layout to two ranges

Bailey is introducing a new 6m long motorhome to its Advance and Alliance ranges. The 59-2 features a kitchen and washroom at the rear with a front lounge that comprises of twin inward facing sofa. Despite this vehicle's compact dimensions the corner washroom still includes a separate shower.

Both Alliance and Advance versions are based on the Al-Ko AMC chassis and uses Bailey's own Alu-Tech GRP body shell. As a mid-range product, the Alliance 59-2 is also fitted with a Fiamma 45S awning, Truma 100W solar panel and Status TV aerial as standard.

Peugeot's Boxer underpins both, with the 2.0-litre engine proving the power. However those power levels differ, as the Advance version gets the 130bhp engine while the Alliance is fitted with the 160bhp engine as standard. The latters also comes with a Peugeot sat-nav system as part of the basic equipment. Both also get swivel cab seats, pleated cab blinds, air-con and cruise control.

Other common kit across both Alliance and Advance includes Truma Combi 4E heating and hot water, 800W microwave, Thetford oven/grill, multiple USB points built into LED spotlights and more. 

Commenting on the launch of the latest Bailey 59-2 motorhome layout, Managing Director Nick Howard said, “the all-new Alliance and Advance motorhomes are genuine go anywhere and do anything vehicles.
