British manufacturer, Auto-Trail, which is part of the Trigano Group, has revealed its 2019 motorhomes and campervans.

There are several new models and layouts in the Auto-Trail line-up, which now consists of 38 models across six ranges – the Tribute (coachbuilts and van conversions), V-Line (van conversions), Imala (coachbuilts), Tracker (coachbuilts), Apache (coachbuilts) and Frontier (coachbuilts).

The entry-level Tribute range sees the introduction of the new T-736G, a 7.25m-long six-berth that features an overcab double bed and a rear transverse double bed over a large garage. This new £47,131 motorhome has the option of either a front lounge with a half-dinette with side-facing sofas or a full dinette with four belted travel seats and a single side-facing soda on the nearside, all of which can be converted into berths five and six. Aft of the lounge is a nearside kitchen equipped, as you’d expect, to British tastes and a washroom with separate shower cubicle opposite. At the rear is the high-level double bed above the triple-access garage (exterior doors on either side and internal access beneath the bed.

Other changes to the Tribute range, which are all built on the Fiat Ducato with either a 115bhp (van conversions) or 130bhp engine (coachbuilts) see new graphics, overhead locker lighting and all being fitted with the GT Pack as standard (awning, alloy wheels, GT graphics and solar panel).

All the coachbuilt models also now get an exterior BBQ point and bicycle carrier rails. In addition, the 620 has been discontinued and replaced with the option to add a new dinette into the front lounge of the 615 to match the outgoing model’s layout. Auto-Trail’s V-Line van conversion range, all of which are two-berth models, also gets a new model in the form of the 6.36m-long 634 SE, which costs £50,867.

This new rear lounge, two-berth model is the same as the 635 SE expect it has a large slimline Thetford fridge/freezer directly behind the driver’s seat where previously there was only storage. Across the V-Line range all models, which are also built on the 115bhp Fiat Ducato, now get a new non-Fiat sat-nav system and reversing camera as standard, as well as embroidered cab seats and two new upholstery schemes.

The seven-vehicle Imala range sees no new models but enhancements including a new Thetford cooker, cycle carrier bars as standard, new awning light and new upholstery options. Prices for the Imala start at £49,290 for the 6.34m-long 615 and reach £53,292 for the 7.26m-long rear transverse island bed 732 and the 734, which has twin rear single beds.

The Tracker range, which all sit on the 130bhp Ducato, sees the addition of an all-new model – the £61,597 six-berth, 4,250kg 7.36m-long EB that has a full rear washroom complete with a huge separate shower cubicle located behind a French bed. To the side of the French bed is clothes storage and amidships is a typically well-equipped Auto-Trail kitchen complete with new Thetford cooker, three-burner hob with electric hotplate, microwave and Thetford’s slimline 140-litre fridge/freezer opposite. At the front is a lounge with side-facing sofas (there is an option to change this to add in a half-dinette with two belted travel seats).

For 2019, all Trackers come with alloy wheels as standard, upgraded 6kw Truma Combi 6 heating and new designer kitchen worktops. The Apache range also gets alloy wheels, upgraded 6kw Truma Combi 6 heating, new Thetford cooker and Thetford 140-litre fridge/freezer, waste tank pipe extension and new designer kitchen worktops all as standard. There is a new optional leather upholstery available across the Apache and Tracker range.

Finally, the 2019 Frontier range sees the introduction of two new high bed versions on the six-berth 8.04m-long Delaware (£73,444) and 8.77m-long Comanche (£83,892), which have raised rear island beds to create a full garage beneath. All Frontiers also now come with Alde heating as standard as well as enhancements also seen on the Apache.
