Auto-Sleepers announce 2012 model range
The all-new Euro 5 engine will be used on all Peugeot based conversions, which is said to provide up to 7 per cent better fuel economy as well as fewer emissions.
Mercedes-Benz based models will continue with the existing Euro 5 engine and the popular option to upgrade to an automatic gearbox. All models have the new option of the HAL-Locate tracking device, which could significantly reduce insurance costs.
The exterior of Peugeot coachbuilt models have been put on a 'diet' and now weight less, giving an average 50kg of extra payload plus overall width reduction.
Auto-Sleepers is also going to launch an exciting and entirely new van conversion for the 2012 season, based on the long wheelbase Peugeot chassis. The model will be family orientated and will offer four berths and four belted travelling seats – an entirely new direction for the iconic Auto-Sleepers brand.
