Auto Campers introduces a VW T6 camper
The Classic, Leisure Van and MRV can now be ordered on the VW T6 or Ford Transit Custom from Auto Campers. The Classic is a traditional side kitchen layout and can be fitted to customer's own vehicles. The Leisure Van is similar to the Calssic but with twin sliding doors while the MRV has a modular furniture system and bonded rails (optional) in the floor for flexibility on seat and bed combos.
The Day Van, which is Ford based only, can be specified in Tourneo car trim (with factory Ford seats), or the basic van trim for a more affordable option.
Auto Campers is also now working with Fix-Fork, a company in Belgium, which provide powder coated brackets utilising the bikes front forks and axle to safely transport bikes within a vehicle. Auto Campers unique use of an M1 certified bonded floor enable this. An extended bracket allows bikes to be placed next to each other with alternative handle bars sitting above the other. The Fix- Fork bike brackets are typically fitted to an extruded aluminium rail, with various universal plates and fixtures to adapt the extrusion to any vehicle with adequate load space including motorhomes with garages.
