What to see at the 2017 NEC motorhome show – Dethleffs Advantage SE T7051 DBM motorhome
Here is the latest German-built special edition motorhome from Dethleffs. See it at the National Motorhome and Caravan Show on stand 8.20
This two-model range is exclusive to Nottinghamshire and Huddersfield-based motorhome dealer, Lowdhams, and it looks set to be the Dethleffs’ highlight for 2018 in the UK.
Here we look at the island bed (T7051 DBM) – a 7.4m-long low-profile coachbuilt model, which sits on the usual Fiat Ducato base but with the more powerful 150bhp engine.
The layout sees twin swivel cab seats turn to face a dinette with two forward-facing travel seats and a single side-facing seat. Behind this is a well-equipped kitchen with low-level Dometic oven three-burner hob and AES fridge/freezer.
On either side of the motorhome just behind this are the separate shower room and wc, which can be closed off to create a full en suite to the rear bedroom, which features that island bed.
Standard specification is already high and Lowdhams say there will be the option of a high-value, low-cost pack of extras including sat-nav, alloys, satellite TV, etc, which on their own would cost £7,000 but ordered as the “Edition Pack” will cost £1,995.
Price is £59,995 without the Edition Pack.
