Two large bi-folding doors bathe the expansive living space in light, offering stunning views of the landscape beyond. As you walk through the front door, a feature louvred wall conceals a study area guiding you through into the impressive open plan living space.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen is set within the open plan living area and features a large central island with bar stools and monochrome units. An integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, dual oven and grill, built-in coffee machine and warming draw are all fitted into the stylish, modern kitchen space.
Extra thick white worktops run along the back wall, offering plenty of room for cooking and completing the space with a crisp, contemporary finish.

Dining and lounging

The Shearwater holiday home offers a huge living space ideal for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. A six seater Italian-style glass top dining table fits perfectly next to the kitchen area.

A handcrafted feature wall complements allowing you to display your selection of fine wines. Two comfortable L-shaped sofas sit in the centre of the living space looking across to the eye-catching handcrafted media wall featuring a stunning built-in fireplace which changes colour to suit the mood.

The wall itself houses a multimedia recess large enough to accommodate a 52" television and is built up of wooden panels which conceal hidden storage space.

Sleeping

The three luxurious bedrooms combine stylish décor with ultimate comfort. The master bedroom and second twin bedroom both have plush monochrome fabric headboards and beautiful hanging lamps either side of the luxurious double beds. 

The third bedroom is a creative child-friendly space with feature bunk beds set into the wall, porthole lighting and extra-deep wardrobes for all their toys and games. 

Bathrooms

The master bedroom ensuite is a large, luxury walk-in wet room with a rainfall shower and body jets, and comes complete with stylish ‘his and hers' basins. And the spacious main bathroom, with a centre-piece roll top bath, as well as a walk-in shower, basin and toilet, is ideal for relaxing.
