Lancashire manufacturer, Lunar Caravans, is supporting Adam Morgan and the Ciceley Motorsport Team in the 2018 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), the company announced today.

The BTCC attracts a track-side audience of over 380,000 yearly, and over 17 million people on TV, making it one of the most popular motor racing sports in the UK.

Lunar decided to sponsor Adam and the team for the natural fit between the campsites present on many tracks in the championship, motor sport fans and participants who stay on site.

Lea Lawrence, Lunar Caravans' marketing manager said:

"Leisure vehicles play an important role in the BTCC championships, both for the teams and the fans. We believe our partnership with Ciceley will energise our brand within the sport and help drive our ambitious growth plans."

Commercial Director Ciceley Motorsport, Norman Burgess, added:

"Although sponsorship is very important to racing teams, we are well supported and able to choose our commercial partners carefully.

"Lunar Caravans is an innovative, forward thinking company and as a Lancastrian based family concern their high standards and engineering capabilities align perfectly with ours. We can't wait to begin working together."
