Lowdhams opens new service and aftersales centre in Nottingham
Lowdhams, the new and used caravan dealers, opened its new, expanded service and after sales centre in Nottingham this week.
The company has a new, 18 bay service centre, which includes a bigger, modern parts department too. There's also a new, dedicated 24-vehicle, covered despatch station to cope with different weather conditions. In addition, Lowdhams installed a new, Eco-friendly, four vehicle wash bay, which recycles the water.
Lowdhams employs 30 caravan and motorhome technicians in Nottingham alone, and six apprentices. The company takes skills and qualifications seriously, and employs qualified electricians, Gas Safe registered engineers, City & Guilds Cito Extra Low and Low Voltage qualified technicians, and Motor Vehicle Master technicians for Fiat Professional and Ssangyong cars."
Steve Sharpe, Lowdham's group managing director, said:
"We've invested in our workshop and developed our service centres to enable our customers to have a better after sales experience."
"However, our main asset is our staff, and their passion and enthusiasm towards our products, which has enabled Lowdhams to deliver first class workmanship and service to our customers.
NCC Director General, John Lally, at ribbon-cutting ceremony at Lowdham Leisureworld, said:
"For any business to continue to prosper, it needs to invest for the future. In opening this new workshop facility, Lowdham Leisureworld is clearly making a significant financial investment to support their growing customer base. Lowdham's constantly looks through the eyes of its customers, always reviewing services, facilities and procedures in their quest to provide the best in customer service."
