EXPERIENCE jousting knights on horseback when Leeds Castle near Maidstone in Kent stages a genuine mediaeval tournament.

This year's Jousting Festival takes place from May 29th to June 3rd, featuring stunts, falls and fights in an authentic jousting arena, set against the historic backdrop of the 900-year old castle.

There will also be an opportunity for visitors to meet the knights and their horses before each tournament.
Children can take part in their own mediaeval adventure in a new playground based on a scale model of the castle.
Tickets cost £14.00 for adults and £8.50 for children.
