Coachman reveals new logo

Hull-based premium caravan manufacturer, Coachman, has revealed its new logo, which is completely different from the previous blue and silver logo.

The new logo is part of a complete rebrand for the company but one which draws a lot of its inspiration from the manufacturer’s history.

For a start, the new logo features at its heart the company’s original red and white shield that was used by Coachman from 1986 to 1991. The shield sits within a circular silver frame and simply has the word Coachman below it in capital letters. However, where it appears on its caravans, it will be used without the word Coachman. In all marketing, the logo will also be used with the strapline “The Road to Freedom”, which was originally used by Coachman in 1994.

Elliot Hibbs, Coachman’s Managing Director, said the new logo and branding gives the company a cleaner, more inviting image. “We have merged the past, present and future to form a new stronger brand identity,” he said. “This new logo represents the same great quality and exceptional standards as the caravanning industry expects from Coachman but with a refined, clean and more inviting look.

Elliot added that he feels the new logo represents the company’s policy of producing high quality caravans and offering exceptional customer care. “We have created a new icon that will stand the test of time, like the products we produce,” he said.

“I would like to reassure customers, whilst we have rebranded, this change for a truer representation of our company’s existing ethics and core beliefs of high-quality products and exceptional aftercare service, all of which are continuing to improve as we push for even higher quality services.”
