Changes to Erwin Hymer Group management announced
Erwin Hymer Group’s (EHG) Chief Executive Officer, Martin Brandt, will be leaving his role on 1 July, with the current Chairman of Management Board at Dethleffs, Alexander Loepold, taking the helm
Bernhard Kibler, current Head of Sales Operations International at EHG, will take over Alexander’s role.
Martin, who has been CEO of the motorhome and caravan manufacturer for the past seven years, has led the company through its acquisition by US manufacturer, Thor Industries, and seen EHG sales increase from around €1.5-billion in 2015 to an all-time high of €2.7-billion in the last financial year (2021/22).
He will now be focusing on his family and private life, though will continue to support EHG in a non-executive role.

At the same time, I want to welcome Alexander Leopold and Bernhard Kibler to their new positions and wish them every success as they assume their new responsibilities.
Alexander Leopold and Bernhard Kibler not only know the caravan industry, consumer behaviour and trends, but also the Erwin Hymer Group and its brands. We look forward to working with them to further strengthen Thor and the Erwin Hymer Group as the caravan industry leader in Europe.
