Tingdene Homes reopens showroom and announces two new park homes
Tingdene Homes has reopened its showroom, for viewings by appointment, and announced the forthcoming arrival of two new 40ft by 20ft homes, both at a special-offer price of £119,950.
The special-offer price has been arranged with 20 holiday and residential parks and is a step away from the usual pricing method that would involve individual parks setting the price.
Tingdene says: “Having received feedback from their customers that they’d like to understand their pricing structure better, Tingdene reached out to its network of UK parks to create the special offer. As we know, the costs of homes and lodges can vary from park to park. Tingdene wanted to remove this barrier to allow customers to choose from locations around the UK in the knowledge that the costs would remain the same. The parks taking part in this offer were of the same thinking, putting the customer in control and giving them the information they require to make a decision.
“This is a step away from the traditional quote method whereby a customer would approach a manufacturer with an idea of where they’d like to live and wait for the park to provide a turnkey price for their chosen model.”
The new models just released are the Lamport, a residential park home...
...and the Brampton, a leisure model
Tingdene, which makes both holiday lodges and park homes, manufacturers in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire; that is the location of the indoor showroom.
Tingdene says that the show homes are to be thoroughly cleaned between each individual appointment to ensure customer and staff safety, and social distancing will be in place. “Members of staff will no longer accompanying you on your tour but will be on hand to assist you where possible,” Tingdene adds.
Appointments can be made for a maximum of two people. Children under 15 are not permitted. Only one appointment will take place at a time. Appointments can be made here.
