Holiday park company uses downtime to plan future tech growth
Coppergreen Developments Limited, operators of four holiday parks in the UK, is investing in technology to strengthen and futureproof the company.
Following news that holiday parks can reopen on 4 July, Coppergreen has introduced new park management and CRM software across all four parks, which includes new online booking facility – which will be fully integrated with Hoseasons.
In addition, on the flagship Piperdam Leisure Resort in Dundee, new software modules will mean maintenance teams canmanage jobs remotely, and on-park teams can centralise information and control memberships and events such as golf and leisure subscriptions and weddings and corporate gatherings.
The technology is provided by Elite Dynamics, whose EliteParks suite of software solutions has been developed specifically for holiday parks.
Sam Wall, Director of Coppergreen Developments Limited, said: “From the early days of Coppergreen, we always wanted to be a company that used technology as much as possible to take us where we wanted to go."
