Surrounded by arable farming fields, this six-acre campsite easily swallows the 40 level, grassed pitches offered. There are no set pitch areas so you are free to set up wherever suits you. Toilets are fine, clean and well cared for, though the hot water supply has been known to be erratic; shame, as a decent length shower will set you back £1.00 - £2.00. There are great views across the wheat fields - a photographer’s delight. There are a plethora of pubs within easy walking distance, starting in Lawshall at the Swan, then onto Shimpling and Hartest – all good food pubs with decent ale. ...
