The campsite is well-signed off the road with a good entrance and is level and grassed offering 60 pitches all with electric hook-up, but no hardstandings. The new wooden toilet block is small but clean and modern, and the toilets and showers are metered. There's a fully disabled room, which is also metered. Other facilities include a laundry room, chemical disposal, a large field for ball games and caravan storage. There is a lovely river running at bottom of the site with fishing allowed – although a permit is required. The campsite is an excellent base for visiting Cheddar village & Gorge.
