Campsite has 187 touring pitches, ranging from the most basic with 10amp electric hook-up to premier examples with water, lighting, TV and drainage. All the pitches are of a good size with ample room for parking and the grass is well-kept. Some pitches do have a slight slope, so it's worth carrying ramps if you're in a motorhome. There are many decent hostelries and restaurants within walking distance. The Kings Arms Hotel, in Strand Street about a mile away, is said to be good.
